Why buy a Moneiba

Our task does not end with the sale of the villa, this is where our adventure together begins.

The MONEIBA project was born as an investment for rent, taking advantage of the peculiarity of the land, of a tourist nature.

Even in this period where more and more communities are limiting the possibilities of private rental, MONEIBA remains an investment that is not only safe for the future, but with ever wider development possibilities.

But it's not enough to buy a property to earn an income, you need care, love and dedication.

We are constantly committed to both managing the property and ensuring the happiness of our customers.

Holiday rental management

There are some very important rules so that a property is not just a base for a holiday, but becomes the holiday itself, one of the best memories of the time spent in Fuerteventura

Cleaning

Delivering a clean villa is certainly an excellent business card, but keeping it clean during your stay is even better. Our goal is to transform a stay at home to the level of a Hotel 5 through small things such as a daily tidying up, a towel check, making sure that nothing is missing throughout your stay

Treatment

The care must cover 360 degrees, from the always tidy garden, to the always clean swimming pool, to immediate repairs; we want the customer to never feel lacking. A staff with daily presence will be available for any need.

Welcome

One of the most important moments of the stay for the customer is the arrival, the welcome, the first impression, but even better if we anticipate desires and needs

We work to ensure that customers can have what they need right away. From our welcome gifts to a basic expense, the holiday starts from the first minute in the house.

Attention

Accommodation is important, but the holiday is also a moment of leisure, relaxation and discovery.

Even before arrival we work to organize everything the customer may need during his stay: from surfing courses, to transport, to advice on how to get around, where to go, where to eat, what to do.
